Form ADV is the uniform form used by investment advisers to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities. It contains important information about Finec Asset Management LLC's advisory services, fees, disciplinary history, and conflicts of interest.
What Form ADV Contains
Part 1 provides information about our business, ownership, clients, employees, business practices, affiliations, and any disciplinary events involving us or our employees.
Part 2A (Firm Brochure) describes in plain English our services, fees and compensation, performance-based fees, types of clients, investment strategies and risk of loss, disciplinary information, and other financial industry activities and affiliations.
Part 2B (Brochure Supplement) provides information about the specific individuals who provide investment advice to you on behalf of Finec.

Annual Update
As required by Rule 204-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Finec Asset Management LLC updates its Form ADV at least annually within 90 days of the end of our fiscal year, and promptly whenever information in the brochure becomes materially inaccurate.
